I140 approved waiting to file I485. Priority date not yet current.
Currently on h1b. Requested a transfer and renewal 4 months ago. No response from USCIS, changed to premium process and received RFE. Preparing the information. Question asked from USCIS as following
Evidence pertaining to the proffered position,
job description(Provided standards for specialty occupation position)USCIS is asking for job duties,%time spent,level of responsibility,hours per week and minimum education,traing experiences.explain why the job need someone with a college degree
Also ask for employer information such as quarterly wage,941 form,business license and company profile.
