H1 transfer and vacation
I have trasnferred H1 in March 2009.Since then till October I am on medical leave for maternity and child care.I didnt get paid all this time.My employer approved vacation from March-2009 to Oct.My question is
1.Am I out of status in this case?
2.If I file as a derivative on my husband's GC,would it create any problems while adjustment of status and getting EAD?
3.What will be the impacts in future if I dont get w2 forms because of not getting paid for this time?
