Q.

H-1B transfer question

I applied for a H-1B transfer from Company 'A' to Company 'B' in March '09 and stopped working for company 'A'. I am sure that they sent a letter to USCIS that my project got terminated. I got the receipt number (from Company B) and the application is still pending (in process). I was waiting for visa approval before I can start working for Company 'B', so I do not have any pay stubs from Company 'B'. The last paystubs I have are from Company 'A' from Feb '09.

Meanwhile I got another offer from Company 'C' and I am prepared to start working for them as soon as they file my petition.
My question is, will I face any problems if I try going for this transfer? And I do want to start working for 'C' very badly. What are my options?

Also can I actually apply for a new H-1B visa?
