H1B Transfer while WH4 is with DOL

I was working for employer A from 18 Oct2011, he did not treat me well and did not pay me for 1.5 months and on 30 Nov 2011 terminated me from the employment. I have searched for another employer and also filed WH4 against the employer A. I have applied H1B transfer with employer B in premium processing on 28 Dec 2011 and got an RFE on 10Jan2012 because i did not have any salary slip. My new employer is going to reply to USCIS by Feb2012. As per my complaint in DOL for employer A, DOL called me for further information and took my interview. DOL was asking for more document to support my case, i am going to send all the document to DOL.
Query: As my H1B transfer is in progress, will WH4 make a bad impact on case?
