Q.

H1-B Visa Extension

Hi,

I am currently on H1-B Visa and applying for extension shortly. I got one extension of this petition and got is stamped in India recently. My I-94 is getting expired in July 2012.

My Husband is on L1-A visa which is valid till April 2014

My question is, can I apply for L2 visa immediately without leaving USA if my extension gets rejected.
