Q.

H1 Transfer on Premium Processing

Right now, I work for company A & I got an offer from Company B & the company B filed my H1B transfer on Premium Processing & they received the RFE for that. They received the RFE on 12th Jan 2012 & they replied back to that RFE on 13th Jan 2012. Still now, they haven't received any update from USCIS. What is the SLA for USCIS to make the decision on this transfer?
