Q.

H1B renewal after expiration of 2 years

Hi,

I am currently studying in US on F1 visa.My husband had worked in US on H1B visa which expired on April 2009.He did not renew his visa and left the country after then.He came to US last month on F2 visa.
I want to know now if he can renew/extend his H1B visa since there has been a gap more than 2 years that he used his H1B last.
