Re-applying for H1B after 221(g)
I have EAD and am working in US. I had applied for H1B to get my husband, who is currently in India, on H4 visa. At the visa stamping appointment in Mumbai, I was given 221(g) blue form asking for more documents. It's been 2 months after submitting the documents and no response from the consulate. I came back to US using my Advance parole.
1. Can I apply for another H1B with the same employer now?
2. Will I need to withdraw the pending 221(g) application before?
Please advise.
