My wife is currently working with a company as a fulltime employee(not on client site). She has all the documents from her current employer ( petition , lca , I129 and ofcourse I797). But she did not receive any document except I797 from her previous employer . Her H1B was transferred in August 2011 to her current employer ( Her current company and previous company had the same immigration lawyer who filed her applications ) and she has been working with them since past 8 months. She will go for H1B Visa stamping ( earlier was on H4) in Mumbai in March . My question is does she need to have any document from her previous employer?( she only worked with her previous employer for very short period of time so has couple of paystubs)
