H1B under 'Unpaid Leave of Absence'

Hi, I used to work in Company A in full time (on H1b) and lost job (on Nov 17,2011) due to restructuring. The company put me under 'Unpaid Leave of Absence" for the next 3 months (Ends on Feb 17th, 2012)to be on status. Fortunately, I have two job offers and they would be filing my petition in the next few days. The companies asked my latest pay stubs, but the last stub I have was on Nov 23rd, 2011. I did tell them, that I am under 'Unpaid leave of absence' and don't have the latest stub (being generated on Dec8th). My question is, in this scenario, what kind of issues that might arise as not having the one latest pay stub and also being under 'unpaid leave of absence' while H1b Transfer is initiated.
