I'm with emp. "A", I recently received my LtoH COS approved from emp "A". Employer "A" missed to apply for my wife's L2toH4 conversion. She is leaving to India for her H4 stamping. I'm planning to use employer "A"'s documents (pay statements, client letter & company bonafide, W2 forms etc).
1. After she receives the visa stamping in India, if I get a new offer from emp "B" & H1 transfer goes fine, can I accept that & join emp "B"?
2.Will there be any issue anywhere or at port of entry while she is coming back to US?
3. Or is it advisable for me to wait until she comes back?
4. Or the new employer can apply for her H4 transfer along with my transfer?
