Q.

H4 visa validity when the company is changed while entering USA

Dear Immigration Layer,
My wife has a H4 visa based on Company A. I transfer my H1B to company B and I already got the approval I-797 for company B. My previous company A withdraws my H1B petition and it is already done.
My question is can my wife enter USA on her H4 visa (which has name of my previous company A) even company A withdrawn my H1B petition?
My lawyer who filed my H1B told me that her H4 visa is no longer valid because my previous company already withdraws the H1B petition and she needs to get another H4 visa based on my current company B. Is he right?
