I am planning to Start working on H1 B from March as My L1 visa will expire in March 28 2009 .
can i start working on H1B for Company B.
or Do i Need to apply for change Of Status ??
If so How much time does the change of Status Take ?Is there any way to Speed UP the Change of Status Process through Premium Process or do i need to get stamping done in order to work on H1? howmany days does change of Status
