Job change after 140 Approved more then 180 days
My company is getting sold I have following situation which can happened to my green card
1. Laid off when I140 is approved current I94 valid still feb 20 , 2011
2. My labor and I140 is approved If I change my job location to other county or another state but remain in same company
3. My labor and I140 is approved If I change my job to another company
