Q.

WORKED FOR TWO COMPANIES AT THE SAME TIME

Hi,

My friend is on H1B visa and He got an offer by "A" company and they wanted him to join within 15 days.

Since He did not want the offer to go out of his hand he joined new employer while simultaneously working for his old employer (both new and old employers were unaware about this) till a week (7-8 days) or so.

When he get his relieving letter the relieving date will be after his date of joining in his new company. Will that make a issue out of this in future in his Green card or any other legal process ? What options do he has to settle this? The only intention behind doing this is that he get a proper relieving from his old company while at the same time not letting the new offer go out of his hand.
