I got approved yesterday and my lawyer Received the email below:
Beneficiary: XXXXXXXX
DOB: XXXXXXX
Classification: H1B
Starting Validity Date: 08/17/10
Ending Validity Date: 08/16/11
Consulate notified (if applicable): OTTAWA
I-94 # (if applicable): 42993955722

Questions:
1)When will my lawyer receive the I797. Will I get the I797A or I797B?
2)Is it ok for me to continue working? or should I book a appointment to OTTAWA for stamping once I get the I797?
3)My compny had applied until 10/6/'12 and I got until '11. How soon can I apply for extn.? I have labor pending from previous company.
