Hi am in H1b status. I Recently moved from company A to company B.Company B H1B is just approved by USICS.But i started working in company B upon receipt notice. I have been working with company B for the past 3 weeks and have been paid by them for past 3 weeks. But I am not happy with my job profile and would like to go back to company A.I am sure that company A has not cancelled/revoked my H1 and it is valid till 2012-Dec. In this case, can I go back to company A and continue to work with them without h1 transfer,on the basis that they have not cancelled my H1? Please advice!
