I have got H1b stamped on my passport and approved for the first time from CompanyA. It is valid till Oct 2011. I have not joined CompanyA till now and not went to USA at any point of time due to Market condition.
Now CompanyB is willing to hire me by transfering my H1b.
1. My question is as the validity is Oct 2011, will it remain same after approval of transfer .
2. Can companyB tranfer my H1b while I am in India and never gone to US? What are chances of getting it approved.
3. What all document do I need to carry for Port of entry if Transfer gets approved
