I have a Perm Approval from my previous employer . Due to recession I had to change my job and get an H-1 B transfer last year Sept 2009. Company filed my another Perm application Perm application from my current employer got approved a month ago.
Recently I was interviewed and offered a job from a renowned company with better remuneration and job profile . Company is ready to transfer my H-1 B Visa in my sixth year. My six years on H-1 B is expiring on Feb 18 2011. Based on my previous Perm Approvals can the company which has offered me the new job also apply for my extension of stay after Feb 18 2011.
