Hi,
I have masters degree from a US school am teacher by profession. I work for a company called EBS which contracts out teachers into schools. My 3rd year H1b is expiring on september 15th,2010.My company said if they are not able to find a position for me before Sep, 15th, they will not apply for renewal of my h1b. Which means I have to go on H4 status. In the future if I have a job offer, can I switch back to H1b with out going through h1b quota/cap.
Or do my employer need to file fresh application through quota.
