Q.

travel on F1 to H1B transition

I am international student doing master's and graduating in summer(End of June). I am working in a company since last June as a intern student. I have few questions regarding my H1B?
1. My company is willing to sponsor H1B visa . But they don’t want to wait till I graduate. Is there any way can I apply H1B in master’s quota before graduating(on April 1st)? From university if I get a letter says that “ This XXX student has filed for graduation in summer”. Is that good enough prove to apply for H1B in master’s quota?
2. Since I am working in this company for almost an year, is there any advantage while filing H1B.
3. What about the rejection possibility if I apply using bachelor’s degree? And is there any disadvantage of doing that? Or can I wait till July and apply for H1B? \
