Q.

H1 transfer and legal stay after H1 is revoked

I am working full time on H1B with a company for past one year and they revoked my H1b visa last week. How much time do I have for filing new H1 with some other company. My wife is in 9th month of pregnancy and can't travel, does that affects anything and how can I convey same to USCIS.
