My H1B got Approved and should be in effect from 1st Oct 2009. I am working with an employer who is E verified and my H1B is filed by another company(A). My current employer pays me more than Company(A) is offering but they are not willing to file H1B.
How much time do I have to work with my current employer. Can I work for more time after Oct 1st with my current employer even though my H1B is approved with some other employer.
When can I start my Green Card processing? I have a Masters in CS, Nationality Indian, Salt Lake City, How much time would you anticipate for whole processing of Green Card.
