About an obtained and not used USA Green Card
Hi
Being out of US for more than a year, I wonder If I am entitlled to a re-entry permit. I don't own a permanent address or any other evidence of permanent residency. I had to keep out for financial reasons plus that my proffession is "hit", due to financial crisis. Is my GC invalid? May I reenter through Canada, or elseway? I am considered as a valid candidate for rejoin the GC lottery proccess, under the above circumstances?
