Green Card EB-2

Hi, I have a Maters degree in finnace from U.S and 4 yrs of experience with the same employer. My H1B is ending on 30th Oct 2012 (including recaptured days). My lawyer is filing my GC under EB2 (advanced degree) and no experience. He mentioned in the wage determination form that the job requires a Master degree but he didn't mention that when he ran the job advertisement. He did the 2nd ad run on 20th of Aug. Is mentioning Masters requirement in the ad necessary or only in wage determination is sufficient or should I re run the job ad ? would it be more prudent to file under EB3 ? will the wage determination for EB2 hold good for EB3 category or do we need to redo the wage determination and re run the ad?
