Q.

DV lottery Education requirements

Hi,

My 18 year old brother has just been selected as a winner for the DV Lottery 2012. He is currently in his last year of high school, and will graduate next month. Will it be a problem that he was not a HS graduate at the time he filled his application, or is it sufficient that he will have it by the time of interview? Please advise.
