Q.

Fear of loosing my GC and getting rejected at the POE

Got my GC via DV lottery in 2007.After that I've been in the US for 2 weeks each year.
Last year at the POE in JFK the policeman told me he would leave a sign in the system so that next time I should be taken my GC away if I continued to do the same. But still I left the US after 15 days or so.I dont have a job in US.I have a residence, but got no driving license or state ID.I have filed my taxes for two years, but last year I didnt.
Now its almost a year.I dont know what is best to do.I want to go in the US this month, but dont intend to live there yet.I'm afraid of beeing rejected at the border. If so,will it affect any future turist visa application? Is it better to go to US consulate and abandon the GC or try a reentry permit?I dont have any strong reason, except for some health problems
