Q.

DV lottery

I want to apply for the DV lottery but i have a question about the marital status. I am married but will soon be divorced. What should I say in the question about marital status: divorced or married? Legally I will still be married for the time I send the application but divorced for the time I am called to the interview (if I get the visa).
