Q.

DV-2011 selectee

I came off my H1-B status and became a dependent on my husbands H1-B and was later selected in the 2011 DV lottery. We have compiled all documents required for adjustment of status. Should I carry on and submit them in October 2010 though my number is not due. Also I have a pending job offer and the company is making arrangements to renew my H1-B. Should I let them carry on as it's an opportunity I don't want to lose.
