Complex situation

I came to US on J1 (with 212e) visa in Aug99-May00, then on J1 (not 212e) Summer 2002,03,04. May05 I came on J1 (not 212e) I did COS to H1B starting October06. Never left US from 2005. During 2000-05 I did not spend 2 years in my country where I got initial J1, after I came from US in 2000 went to college in another country until 2005. My wife has been selected to DV lottery. We opted for CP and expect the interview to be sometime in Spring 2011 in EU. I am freaked out because I might have 212e and I don;t have J1 waiver. I want to apply for waiver ASAP but don;t have original DS2019. Can my wife still get DV green card with new born baby if we attend together and I get denied for 212e. Can u help to file J1 waiver without original DS2019 and I94 number? What can be done to save her DV?
