Q.

Convicted Misdeminor for Invasion of Privacy

I was convicted for invasion of privacy (recording someone getting naked. It is past, a ridiculous game that still makes me feel so embared.
It was in USA. I already left the country after that to get my visa renewed. I showed all the papers about the time on community services and all and they approved my visa. They asked me about that when I was at the Los Angeles airport but they still let me come back after all the questions. I am know in USA with a H1B visa. I won the DV Lottery. Now I have to send all the papers including my crimminal records. What are the chances to be denied or to get approved. Do you recomend me to have a suport from a Lawyer before I send the papers? Should I try to take this problem out of my records?

Thanks!

HM
