Actual Wages paid more than LCA wages
Hi
My employer got two site visits from USCIS for two employees and in the first visit, the officer commented 'actual wages paid are higher than LCA wages'. In the second visit for a different employee, they asked copy of the performance evaluation. Is it OK to get paid more than LCA wages ? What are the potential issues here?
Please advice as this also applies to me as well.
