Can we determine if its EB2/EB3 from Labor Dcoument
On ETA Form 9089, Section F. Prevailing Wage Information(as per SWA) has 'Skill Level' in Labor document where it is mentioned 'Level III' . Does this confirms that my case falls under EB3.
But on the Job Opportunity Information: the minimum level of Education is 'Masters'. I've did my masters in Germany. Please let me know where my case is filed under EB2 or EB3 .
