Assualt and Battery with 51A in Mass Case dismiss

I am on H1b Visa. I was charged with Assault and Battery (Count 1) on my wife. Since my daughter (7 weeks) was present they also added 51A in the report My A&B case was dismiss in pri trial hearing without any probation or finding of guilt. Case was sealed after 2 days. For 51A DCF (Department of children and families) interviewed me and my wife and they put support on child neglect and abuse but there was no criminal charge. They just interviewed me and they said my name would be on their database but it won’t affect my immigration status. Case was closed after that I recently got my H1B extension. My questions are 1) Will these event affect my charges of getting GC or extn i.e I-485 and H1B visa stamp.2)Will having name in dcf list will be problematic since this is child a/n civil case?
