Change of status from F-2 to H1-B after re-entering the US - reg
I am right now on H1-B and planning to get married to a PhD girl who is currently on F-1 valid upto 2013. When I visit India for marriage and unfortunately if I fail to get my H1-B visa stamped, I plan to return back to US on a F-2 visa. How difficult will it be to change my status from F-2 to H1-B in that case since I already had my H1-B approved before. I believe my employer will support me in this case with respect to finding me a job and acting like a sponsor.
