I have a BS in Engineering & an MBA Degree. My employer wants to file an EB-2 PERM with the job being Manager, Engineering & Management. He wants to use my MBA Degree & 6 months expereince (which I have in the area he specified from another employer). I researched on the web the Zone 5 Occupations & Appendix A and my job is listed a 4. The website stated "zone 4 allows 2-4 yrs. of SVP, therefore, if you require a Master's Degree, you cannot require any experience without exceeding SVP. If you exceed SVP, you will be automatically audited"
