Q.

221(g) and Priority date current.

My priority dates are current for I-485 filling. We are here for 6 year with 2 kids. My wife is on H1B and went for stamping in India last week and she rejected with 221(g) Blue from requesting documents. 1. Should my wife submit requested document and wait till her H1B approve and come back. may take 3-4 weeks/months.2. Should she apply for H4 and comeback to USA so can file I-485. 2. Can I apply for AOS and she apply for Counsellor process ? One more question, When you get rejected with 221(g)Blue Form at Mumbai consulate. Is that ok not submit requested docs and apply for H4 or same H1B again. Can she apply for h4 after submitting documents ? Employer send 2 year tax return but he blacked out #s such as income, tax, etc. Is that OK to submit document like that? Please advise.
