Vanca was brought to US illegally by boyfriend who was to marry here. Turns out he was married, had no intention. She left him, later married my nephew.For 3 years paid attorneys to make her legal. On advice of attorney, returned to Ukraine to apply legally. She was denied. While awaiting appeal, nephew, her husband now of 6 years, helped support her, visited 1-2x yearly, and is spending 90 days there now. We just got word her appeal was denied. Really need to know the best option for success. She is educated, honest, and they are devastated. How can we get her to the US.? Would a visitor visa, or work visa or sponsor ? What should we try next ? HELP !!!!
