2) I140 Denied( 3 Year Degree) case with AAO(Dec-2009)
3) As Backup Plan have..
A) Approved New PERM Labor Certified(June-2010)
B) Approved New I140.



Planning to "Change Job"(H1B Transfer) TO CLIENT
1) can New Employer("CLIENT") GET "3 Year" H1B Renewal on 'OLD' Employer(Approved Perm Labor and I140)
