Q.

Will I have issues with AOS for exceeding 90 day unemployment

Hello,
I hope my message finds you well. I have a question for you:
I was on F1 and my OPT started on Sept 1, 2008 until Aug 31, 2009, I was offered an employment as a RN on November 13, 2008 at the interview but because of lengthy pre-employment screening issues, and the holiday season, I was not able to start my employment until December 1, 2008 (i.e. hire date on 92nd day). Also, I ended work 2 days prior to OPT end date. However, I had applied for H4 prior to OPT expiration and was approved for H4 on August 19, 2009. I have been on H4 since October 1, 2009 and have not left US since. Now, I will be applying for Adjustment of Status soon and was wondering if I would have any problems with AOS due to exceeding 90 days of unemployment limit. Please help!
