I have my H1 Visa till Sep 2011 which I have filed from first company, now I have come on full time second company in 2009 april so I transferred where I got 1year of visa when I kept my transfer my I94 is expiring on Aug 13. my job is ending july 29 and if I get project in next week and I file transfer and this new company has 1-2 layer from end client how much will it effect my transfer is there any chance of getting denied or rejected ,how soon do you thin I can start working with new company, I am keeping a backup plan for F1.


Note: If my first H1 employer who field my H1 holder doesn’t still revoke my H1 can I go back since its more then 1 year 4 months , I have not worked for him
