Changing Job while I-140/ I-485 pending and over 180 days.
Is it possible to change the job while I-140 is pending and I-485 due over 180 days ? Any risk involved ? There are interpretation of New "Neufeld" AC21 policy telling that it is "now" almost impossible.

It depends on the facts of the I-140. I known nothing about the underlying case. Yes, you can do it, but if the I-140 is denied, you have no leg to stand on. I am also assuming you have work authorization. Did you received a request for more evidence on the I-140? |

No , I have not started the procedure yet.
I was referring to a policy rather than a case , sort of announcement USCIS made for AC21 portability recently. I guess my question is , how different it is. Do you have any clients successfully changed their jobs while I-140 pending ? |

I have no one in that position right now. All of my portability cases have approved I-140s. |
