Switching employers, when does the 180 days clock start
Exactly when can I start working for another employer after filing my I-485? Is it 180 days after the Mailing Date, Received Date, or Notice Date of the I-485 application?

The I-485 is pending upon receipt. You can change employers 180 days after receipt. Sometimes the receipt date is a lot later than the actual receipt date, using that date would be the more conservative approach. I would say 180 days past the date of filing (receipt by them of the package).
