Change of Status during I-485 Processing
Hello Sir/Ma'am,
My wife is currently on dependant (H4) visa. I am planning to apply for I-485 jointly in Jan-09. My wife is preparing for her MS and wants to join college in fall-09 (assuming she gets the admission).
Is she allowed to go on F1 from H4 while the I-485 is under processing? (Assuming it may or may not be approved by Fall-09).
