H4 visa for foreign wife
I am Bangladeshi Citizen.I am working in USA last 2 years with H1B visa.Currently my marriage has fixed with a Indian girl who is staying in India.I am going to marry her in november.What will be procedure to get H4 visa for her?Is there any problem to get a H4 visa for her?Because I am Bangladeshi Citizen.What type of document we need to get the visa.Whre she has to apply the for her visa?

Following marriage in November, your new wife may approach the US Consular Section that has jurisdiction over her place of residence and seek an H-4 visa.
Minimum documentation will consist of her valid passport, your H-1B visa documentation [H-1B visa from passport, last I-94 arrival departure card, I-797 approval notice, I-129 visa petition package with all supporting docs] PLUS certified copy of marriage certificate.
Even better will be to include proof that you are currently employed in the job for which you were approved, including pay stubs, US tax returns, business card, correspondence, etc.
AND, to document the bona fides of the marital relationship: fotos, letters, airline & hotel receipts, wedding expenses, etc.
Finally, you may wish to try to be present at the actual H-4 visa interview.
