Travel on conditional residency
My wife is currently a conditional resident. We will be applying to lift the residency conditions next month. We are planning to take a 3-week vacation to her parents place in UK in October. Should we apply for a travel document, just to be safe?

No need to apply for a travel document. Expired green card plus I-751 US CIS Receipt permits international travel for a year. |
