I 140 & 485 transferred from texas to New York Local Office
I have filed Concurrent I 140 & 485 on july 27,2007 category EB1 A , Notice Date Oct 04, 2007 Service centre Texas, FP done Oct 21,2007 . On Feb 07,2008 my i 140 & 485 ( Supose 485 ) transferred from texas to New York local office. I would like to know that New york is not my local office, What the reson for transferred in New York . Please comments

Dear Rawatmonty:
This might be a simple mistake, or perhaps the NY local office has a file on you; it is hard to analyze based on the facts given. Have you tried getting an answer/reposne from the Ombudsman? Try calling CIS Customer Service on 1-800-375-5283. Let me know how it works out.
