Q.

How to Petition Under CSPA?

My mother, a US citizen, filed a I-130 petition for my brother and his family (living abroad)in 2001. She received aaproval on her petition on 02/01/2002. This month she received communication from NVC, indicating that a AOS needed to be paid. This was done. However, we noticed that my brothers son was no longer included in the process as he had throughout this time, aged out of the process, he is now 22. I read the paperwork sent to us and it indicates that a petition under CSPA may be filed with NVC to allow my brother's son to be reconsidered under the original petition. My question is how can we can fix this or is there anything the petitioner can do to have NVC reconsider this young man under the original application.
