Q.

i 485 denied for no translator at the time of interview

hi, i entered as a visa waiver from Uruguay into the US in 2001 and overstayed the 90 day period.
i got married early this year with a cuban american woman. Filled the I485 in april 2009 and received my interview scheduled in july. We went to the interview but as my english is not so good we came with a translator. the translator was my wife's sister.at the interview i was told no family members were notalowed and didn'tinterviewus
Today i recived a letter staying that my I485 was dinied because i did not come with a translator and they stayed i must leave the country within 30 days.
what shold i do, is there a posibility of appealing?do i still have any possibility or any right or should i leave as they say, without tring something to at least have a second oporunity withan interview?
