Q.

us citizen petitioning for illegal husband

I am a born US citizen and would like to petition for my husband who is illegal in this country. He has been in the US since 1993went back to his home country Mexico in 1999. When he tried to come back to the US in 1999 he pretended to be US citizen, took his fingerprints and was let in. He is employed with the same business for 10 yrs. doing underground sprinkling and works in a flower nursery winter time. We have a 2 yr. old son who is a US citizen and who adores his dad. We have been married for 3 yrs. My husband doesn't have any criminal records. What are his options given the circumstances as far as him getting a family green card, work green card,or becoming a resident? My family awaits a great future in this country in which I've lived since I was born. I want advice/optionas
